We request that cancellations or itinerary
changes be communicated to us via e-mail or telephone at least 72 hours in
advance of scheduled delivery. Cancellations received in this time frame
will not result in any charge unless we have incurred expenses previous to
the notification, such as the processing of permits and insurance for travel
to Argentina. In such case, the client is responsible only for the amount of
the expenses incurred.
In case of no show, the client will be
charged one day of rental at our normal daily rate, plus any expenses
incurred on behalf of the client, such as permits and insurance for
Argentina, or the cost of airport delivery.
